1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Shareloop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Shareloop. Businesses must be legally registered to list on the platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Rewards and Referrals
Rewards are set and fulfilled by individual businesses. Shareloop facilitates the referral process but is not responsible for the fulfillment of rewards by businesses. Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated by the business.
5. Business Obligations
Businesses agree to honor the rewards they set on the platform. Businesses are responsible for their own compliance with local laws, including consumer protection and advertising regulations.
6. Partner Program
Partners earn compensation for verified customer referrals. Partner payouts are subject to the terms set by each business. Shareloop reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Partner Program at any time.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Shareloop for fraudulent referrals, spam, or any illegal activity. Creating fake accounts, manipulating referral counts, or abusing the reward system may result in account termination.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shareloop is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shareloop after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
